Codename Snowball is a sucessor of a OS called: Windowsの究極のベータ版プレビュー (Windows Ultimate Beta Preview) by HONKY技術 (Honky Technologies) back in the 95’ But no official Windows Ultimate was released. Then HONKY技術 was shut and sold to as we know Messo OS. After few years, Messo OS started developing Codename: Snowball.
